Granted we need holy pala's but!

I'll leave this to kralar.. why? he's our GM and perhaps i'll ask serrine for a tought.. he's our best pala healer.

I'm gonna be honest with you.
Your geared for the start of kara... ( be-imba site check )
And kara is not on our list anylonger, only for an offnight if we feel like farming badges but nothing on a serious note...

Your gear being so low means we actually have to boost you through kara for gear and tbh,, we don't do that ( ppl leaving after they get their gear etc ).
This sort of actions sets us back instead of improving ourselves, wich is not our meaning for the rest of our guild.
So you'd be stuck with some alts who also get gear before the recruits do..... ( ie.. were not passing on loot becasue someone needs this for a main on alts if we need it, could be all sorts of classes, just so you realize what your getting into )

I'd like to c better gear on you and enchants and gems before we invite but as said i 'd like kralar's point of view before we actually make a decision.

I know it sounds harsh but we have our goal to focus on and also our guildies.

Kralar please your input m8... you know i'd like to give everyone a chance but on the healing side, i don't have anough personal knowledge.

It's a bit hypocritical in a way saying that he has to enchant etc once you've already said he has mediocre gear, I know I for one and most others wouldn't bother wasting the money to enchant dead-weight items. However, speaking from a WoW PoV rather than a friendship he's basically one of my main healers in Heroics, reason being he's good and he uses the gear to its potential (Even if that isn't much he manages to complete endless heroics when needed). I have also tagged-along for some Kara-pugs with him and they've been tidy.

Be-imba also fails at being reliable, supposedly in pieces of S3 and 2 badge items I can go to the start of SW? Lol. Kara isn't really a problem at all at gearing up and rivalling other alts, tbh the amount of times I've gone to Wraith Kara’s on my characters, there have been hardly any alts and I'm usually left DEing everything (Could easily upgrade a paladin like himself of matching the potential you want him at).

In my total opinion he should join, this guild clearly calls out for healers to amplify our progress in further instances, and as things go pieces of S2 are somewhat better than most items in Kara when gemmed and enchanted properly. Give him a chance, he’s dedicated and he won’t be going anywhere. Speaking for behalf of the guild I think all would agree when wanting more healers.

Might I say that S3 weapons were best for shaman, before Sunwell?
Also them badge things are somewhat at the level of BT, so for some classes, YES, you can. That totally not to the point!
