What alts do you have ? Warlock, level 70!

Do you confirm that you will not be switching spec (Healer/Tank) as this only inbalances the whole guild ? Sure thing.

What other guild have you been in ? And what are your reasons for leaving ? Horde Empire on both toons, I left when they formed Unbreakable. I joined Unbreakable, but left when that went down hill and there were misunderstandings between officers. Pretty much stayed with RL friend's after that, in Romeo A Gogo and Apocalypto etc. Obviously left because of the lack of raids.

Ventrilo is a requirement on raids. Are you able to use this ? Talking is only required for raid leaders / Listening is required for Raiders: I have indeed, can teach some welsh too! (Joke )

What raid experience do you have ? MC/BWL/AQ40-20/ZG on Lock/+ my old rogue. Kara/ZA/TK/SSC on Rogue and Lock.

What preparation would you bring to raids ? Agility pots and SAVOURY DELIGHTS! Becase personal preference says BEs are not that nice.

Why do you want to join Wraith ? I've heard from sources that it's a stable guild, you're forever trying to expand which obviously reinforces the community life which I'd love to be a part of. And obviously, some avid and decent raiding. I'm not hard to be knocked into a state of awe tbh Love it all.

Why should Wraith accept you as a member ? Not trying to boast at all but I know what to do in raiding situations when one either lacks knowlege, or simply gets lazy with the commands; thus I'm not afraid to point my own opinions on certain matters. I'm laid back, which I suppose will help the community of the guild appreciate me, hopefully lols.

We or te raidleaders decide how we do things during raids... so no comments during the raids...

After a raid there is feedback on the forum and you can sprout some idea's there, NOT
during raids. During raids only raidlead and us talk about strategy's.

Yes just to re-inforce what Gruknor said, everyone has an opinion of how things should be done...me included.

However, when the raid leader assigned to the raid starts the raid - it is their instructions we follow, not mine, not Gruknors and not anyone elses.

Otherwise people have several different points of view and we kind of get stuck.

In more recent raids since both Gruknor and I delegated the whole raid leading process, it has taken a lot of work off me in particular - but has also assisted in expanding the knowledge base of the guild overall and given others the opportunity to be in a position of responsibility.

So there is the longwinded answer of what Gruknor stated.
